Each component is equally weighted and assessed on the day following the qualification period. Agencies are ranked against others in the same agency classification*, with each component contributing to a ranking score. The total score is determined by adding these ranking scores, with lower scores indicating better performance.
Best Improvement
This award recognises agencies that have made remarkable progress in Functionality components, achieving the most significant overall score improvements from the start to the end of the qualifying period. The score is calculated as the average percentage improvement for each of the three components.
